Harley-Davison family concert!

The York Motorcycle Festival officially kicks off on Saturday night 14th April with a huge free concert presented by Harley-Davidson!

First up is local act the Chris Gibbs Band. Come and listen to their unique and entertaining arrangements of popular rock music spanning several decades including Neil Young, Oasis, AC/DC and more.

We will then be entertained by The Rough Housers - a trio of rockabilly lovin’ dudes who will bring energetic fun with their own versions of great rock ‘n’ roll and rockabilly classics from years gone by. Formed by three members of popular local group Murphy’s Lore with a mutual love of rock ‘n’ roll, country and rockabilly, The Rough Housers set out to get people up and dancing.

The concert will run from 5.30pm – 10.30pm and is free to attend. Look for the Harley-Davidson Stage on Avon Terrace, outside the Post Office. There will be a bar and licensed area, no BYO. Don't miss it!
